Verification helps users distinguish organizations whose profile information has been reviewed by MOHU administrators.

Pending Verification

Employer organizations automatically begin as Pending Verification. There is no separate employer request button.

Administrative review

MOHU administrators review the organization profile and can mark it as verified when the review is satisfactory.

Important profile changes

If a verified employer changes an important organization identity field, the verification status can automatically return to Pending Verification so the new information can be reviewed.

What verification means

Verification reflects MOHU's review of organization profile information. Applicants should still review each opportunity carefully and use normal professional due diligence.
