Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice
1. MOHU-created material
Subject to applicable law and any third-party rights, MOHU claims rights in its original software/source code, original website text and editorial material, original graphics and interface elements, MOHU branding and logos, and qualifying original selection, coordination, arrangement or compilation of content created for the MOHU platform.
2. What MOHU does not claim to own
MOHU does not claim ownership merely because information appears on this website. Public facts, authoritative registry/source records, third-party names and logos, user-uploaded works, regulator or government material, and other third-party works remain subject to their respective rights and applicable law.
3. Registry data and provenance
MOHU maintains three distinct directory systems: Health Professionals, Healthcare Service Providers, and Health Organization Entities. Where records originate from an identified regulator, government body, organization or other authoritative source, MOHU aims to preserve source/provenance information. MOHU's compilation, technical structure or presentation of a directory does not transfer ownership of the underlying third-party records to MOHU.
4. Permitted use
Nothing in this notice removes rights or exceptions available under applicable law. Users may view and use MOHU through its intended functions and may share links using MOHU's sharing tools. Any licence expressly provided by MOHU or a third-party rights holder also continues to apply.
5. Restricted misuse
Except where authorized by MOHU, the relevant rights holder, or applicable law, users must not reproduce or republish substantial MOHU-created material as their own; remove or falsify source/provenance or rights information; impersonate MOHU; use MOHU branding in a misleading manner; circumvent technical protections; or systematically extract protected MOHU-created content in a way that infringes applicable rights.
6. User and organization content
A person who uploads content should have the rights or authority necessary to provide it to MOHU. Uploading content does not by itself transfer ownership to MOHU. The user grants MOHU only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process and distribute that content through the MOHU service according to the user's chosen function and visibility settings, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Use.
7. Reporting a rights concern
If you believe material on MOHU infringes copyright, trademark or another intellectual-property right, submit an Intellectual Property Report. MOHU may request evidence of identity, ownership/authority, the affected material and the legal basis of the request before taking action.
8. No automatic ownership determination
MOHU does not automatically decide that a complainant owns a work merely because a report is submitted. Reports are reviewed and content may be restricted, preserved for evidence, restored or otherwise handled according to applicable law and the circumstances.
