Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of MOHU's website, accounts, opportunities, Community, messaging, directories and related services. By using MOHU, you agree to use the service lawfully and consistently with these Terms.
1. Accounts
Users must provide information they are authorized to provide, keep account credentials secure and not impersonate another person or organization. Account access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.
2. Opportunities, applications and organizations
Users posting opportunities or organization information are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their submissions. Applicants are responsible for information and documents they submit. MOHU provides a platform for connection and information and does not guarantee recruitment, selection, employment, payment or the accuracy of every third-party submission.
3. Community and communications
Users must not use Community, messaging or requests to harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, distribute malware, unlawfully disclose another person's private information or otherwise violate applicable law or another person's rights.
4. Registries and directories
MOHU keeps Health Professionals, Healthcare Service Providers and Health Organization Entities as separate directory systems. Some directory information is derived from identified authoritative or third-party sources. Source/provenance information should not be removed or falsified. A MOHU account claim or link does not convert an authoritative registry record into privately owned account data.
5. Intellectual property
MOHU-created intellectual property and third-party/source material are treated separately as explained in the Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice. Users retain ownership of their own content, subject to the limited permissions needed for MOHU to operate the service and the rights of others.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting unauthorized access to another account, private document, administrator function, database or system.
- Circumventing access controls, security measures, rate limits or other technical protections.
- Uploading malicious code or intentionally interfering with MOHU's availability or integrity.
- Using MOHU personal data, CVs, messages or private documents for an unauthorized purpose.
- Falsifying registry provenance, credentials, organization authority or application information.
- Using automated extraction or republication in a manner that violates applicable law, these Terms or the rights of MOHU or third parties.
7. Privacy
MOHU's handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Privacy/data-rights requests can be submitted through the Privacy / Data Request page.
8. Payments
Where MOHU offers paid services, applicable plan, price and transaction information is presented through the relevant payment workflow. Users must not send passwords, mobile-money PINs or other authentication secrets to MOHU staff or through ordinary MOHU messages.
9. Moderation and enforcement
MOHU may investigate reported misuse and may restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or legal rights. Where practical and appropriate, MOHU may request clarification or evidence before taking final action.
10. Service availability
MOHU aims to provide reliable services but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events or circumstances outside MOHU's reasonable control may affect service availability.
11. Changes
MOHU may update these Terms as services or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
