Opportunity Description
Ruta Serenity Initiative (RSI) invites applications from three motivated recent graduates to join its Graduate Fellowship Programme in Butebo District, Uganda. The programme provides hands-on professional experience in community development, WASH programming, project implementation, community engagement, monitoring and learning. Graduates from Butebo District, qualified women and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the specified relevant disciplines and must have graduated within the last two years. Proficiency in Lugwere and Ateso is mandatory. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to work in rural communities. Motorcycle riding knowledge or willingness to learn is an added advantage.
