Health Service Commission External Advert No. 2 of October 2026 invites applications for healthcare, administrative, technical and support positions across Uganda.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill vacant posts tenable at Ministry of Health Headquarters, Mulago NRH, Butabika NRMH, MSWNH, Kawempe RH, Kiruddu RH, Entebbe RRH, Arua RRH, Hoima RRH, Mbarara RRH, Gulu RRH, Mbale RRH, Kabale RRH, Kayunga RRH, Yumbe RRH, Lira RRH, Soroti RRH, China – Uganda Friendship Hospital-Naguru, Masaka RRH, Fort Portal RRH, Moroto RRH, Jinja RRH, Uganda Blood Transfusion Services(UBTS), Uganda Prisons Service(UPS) and Uganda Virus Research Institute (UVRI).

Professional registration / licence
Relevant professional registration and valid practising licence where required.
Requirements
**1. Applicants are advised to:**Fill Public Service Form 3 (PSF 3) and present if for oral interviews.
Secure a scanned passport size photograph (JPEG format).
Scan and attach only the relevant documents.
Create an email address in case you do not have one.
**2. Required Documents include the following:**
Academic and professional certificates (UCE, UACE, Professional Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees, Fellowships).
Evidence of training in specialized areas where applicable.
Letters of appointment, confirmation and promotion where applicable.
Registration certificates and valid practicing licenses for Health Workers who are required by law to register with relevant Professional Councils.
**e) National and current Institutional Identity Cards.**
