Key Responsibilities
- Process payments and maintain accurate clinic income records.
- Assist with patient coordination and appointments.
- Transfer financial records to Tally daily. Follow up outstanding payments.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or related field.
At least 1 year of similar experience, preferably in healthcare.
Strong mathematics and computer skills.
Tally knowledge is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and confidentiality.
